Calls

Let's get to the bottom of why you're unable to make calls, @NourAltinawi. 

Please answer the following questions to help us determine the root cause of things: 

• What's the make and model of your device? If it isn't on our list of compatible devices, you may need to upgrade to a HD-capable device continue using your service. For more information, visit our support site for the 3G Network Shutdown.
• Is your account up to date? If it isn't, your service may be suspended. Learn how to restore service on a suspended account. 
• What troubleshoot steps have you tried? We have few we'd like to recommend: 
  • Turn your phone off and back on.
  • Try calling the number again.
  • Make sure your software’s up to date.
  • Make sure you have a signal. Check our network coverage map.
  • Turn off call forwarding. Press #21# on your phone and then the Call, Send, Talk, or Receiver key.
  • Check that you aren’t blocking calls.

AT&T keep stopping my service with very bad customer service

Is it At&t branded?  The SM-716U has to be the AT&T model

It's not att brand, it's unlocked and it was working well

As @formerlyknownas mentioned, the Samsung Galaxy A71 (A716U1) is the only unlocked version that is approved for use on our network. You will have to upgrade to continue using service.

Talk and data services will only work for AT&T Wireless phones and devices that support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice. Here’s how you can replace your device:

• Upgrade your device online
• Make an appointment at one of our stores
• Swap to a different compatible device

Talk and data services will only work for AT&T PREPAID wireless phones and devices that support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice. Here’s how to upgrade an AT&T PREPAID device:

1. Visit one of our stores to get a new phone.
2. Place your SIM card into the new phone. (If your SIM card doesn’t fit, get a new SIM card kit from our store.)
3. Sign in to your AT&T prepaid account.
4. Select My Device, then Update Device.
5. Follow the prompts to update your IMEI or SIM card number.
