Hello @pjjev593,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your screen! I would be more than happy to work towards a resolution for you today!

The first thing I would recommend is checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool online! After selecting your make and model, there will be an option for Screen under Device/Software issues.

This will take you through a series of steps to help isolate and fix this issue with your blank screen. You also have the option to take the phone into a store. They will be able to take a hands on look and help diagnose your device.

Keep us posted! Have a beautiful day.

Let's look into resolving that black and white screen on your flip phone, @Emanthemememan!

In order to provide adequate support, we just need to know more about your experience.

  • What is the make and model of your phone? There may be specific instructions which can provide a resolution with what you're experiencing when using your device.
  • Is your screen populated with icons and merely colored black and white or is it blank and unresponsive? If the screen is blank, then we invite you to power the device off for several seconds then back on again. If the display is simply black and white, use our Device Support Center to check whether there are instructions on how to change the color of the screen.
  • How long has this trend occurred on your device? Phones typically begin to develop unexpected trends as their internal storage fills up. It's likely that deleting unused photos or moving them to a microSD card to free up space can resolve that trend.

It may be time to replace that phone. You can check out our various models to find one that is right for you. There are even flip phones available in our selection.

Give this a try and let us know how it worked for you.

Thanks for responding @Emanthemememan.

In order for us to be able to assist you properly, we'll need a few more details:

  • Is your screen populated with icons and merely colored black and white or is it blank and unresponsive? If the screen is blank, then we invite you to power the device off for several seconds then back on again.
  • How long has this trend occurred on your device? Phones typically begin to develop unexpected trends as their internal storage fills up. It's likely that deleting unused photos or moving them to a microSD card to free up space can resolve that trend.
  • Are you still able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, etc?

We look forward to your response so that we can proceed.
