Blackberry KEYOne BBB100-1 PRD 63116-036
Hello, I brought a Blackberry KEYOne BBB100-1 PRD 63116-036 to replaced my Blackberry KEYOne variant that would no longer be supported by AT&T. When I got the new phone I transferred the SIM Card but was unable to make calls. I temporarily changed the network to 3G until I could get to the ATT Store for support. At the store, upon hearing me mention 3G, they insisted that my phone was no longer supported although I assured them that it was on the ATT list of phone still in service and that I had the correct variant. I am not happy with how AT&T Store Support handled this and want to resolve this. Will a Blackberry KEYOne BBB100-1 PRD 63116-036 that is brought to AT&T be usable on the AT&T network?

Let us help shed some light on your device's service capabilities, @wdwaurora.
If your device is not AT&T branded, then it is not compatible with our network. Here's the full list of carrier unlocked devices that's compatible with our network.
Talk and data services will only work for AT&T PREPAID wireless phones and devices that support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice. Here’s how to upgrade an AT&T PREPAID device:
