AT&T Wireless Devices cannot connect to Sonicwall VPN
I have approximately 28 wireless mobile devices and hotspots on a business plan that can connect to the internet, but are unable to connect to our VPN (Sonicwall client). I have also confirmed this is an issue on my personal AT&T device. We have user's that also have personal Verizon and Sprint devices, and user's are able to connect to the VPN on those. I've contacted Sonicwall, and they say it is an issue with the Wireless provider. Has anyone else encountered this issue? This appears to have originated about a month ago.

I am having the same issue with a Cisco Meraki box. It works with Verizon but not AT&T. Cisco states it is an AT&T issue. Could you please tell me who to contact regarding this?
thank you

Good Luck, cdietterick,
AT&T contacted me to tell me that as long as the user can browse the internet on the device, it isn't AT&T's issue.

@cdietterick , wanted to let you know that we finally found resolve with this issue and it was a configuration on our Sonicwall device. We had a general network route (107.0.0.0 255.0.0.0) that was causing issues with the routing of the AT&T traffic, as all of our connected devices were coming from a 107.x.x.x address. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you need to check any of your static routes on for your VPN config.
