AT&T Velocity MF923 works intermittently

I have a AT&T Velocity MF923 that works intermittently.  I will be using it and all of a sudden, my wifi is not connected.  Or my laptop does not 'see' the AT&T Velocity as a choice for WifI. 

 

Normally, I have to turn the device off and on, and then it works (for awhile).  Or I need to turn it off, remove battery, put battery back in, and then reboot the device.  It will again work for awhile. 

 

Is there something else I can do to get this device to work reliably?  Thank you.

Check out our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool to resolve more common issues. 

 

There you will also see the device manual.  It is recommended you have at least 2 bars of service.  Consider the location of the device if you don't have enough bars to ensure a good lasting quality connection.
