AT&T Velocity Hotspot

I have brought my AT&T Velocity (ZTE) to cricket and brought the 35/10gb plan. But I can not log on to the internet. It tells me no internet connection. When I go into the data use it tells me I am disconnected from the mobile broadband network. what does that mean and how can I get this issue fixed.

thanks

Hello @cassandrasegura,

Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums. We do not currently support Cricket Wireless inquiries on the AT&T Forums, however you can get assistance on the Cricket Wireless Community Forums website. Hope this helps!

Hello,

www.att.com/deviceunlock for all requests. You can call for help with site, but not expect a representative to be able to unlock any other way. To have them see more into the delay, call 800-331-0500 and say "unlock" when promoted about reason for calling. If your account and device meet all requirements to be eligible, then they can escalate your resolution with a ticket and a resolution date will be given to you at that time.

Hello,

While Cricket is owned by AT&t, it operates with different equipment. So that plan might work on a "made for cricket" device, or some unlocked mifis, but not with an AT&T one. You can try to unlock it if you purchased it through AT&T, has been paid off and out of contract and account is in good standing and give it a shot again. Link to do so is www.att.com/deviceunlock
