AT&T Unite Pro keeps restarting

I live in the US and tested my AT&T Unite Pro with a T-Mobile sim card to see if it was unlocked and it worked. I was able to tether off of it without issue.


Yesterday I arrived in the UK and bought a 13GB simlocal SIM card from a kiosk in Heathrow. I put it in my AT&T Unite Pro and now the Unite Pro keeps on rebooting. I haven't timed it but maybe it reboots like every 30 seconds? idk but it's not on long enough for me to do any meaningful diagnostics.


Any ideas?

device suddenly started rebooting   pull simcard out and reboot box  then connect (wifi) to it login in (defualt is attadmin) got to settings and change the type of network from any to 4g only (I tried LTE only at it didnt work)   re insert sim card (you have to pull it to get it to stop rebooting so you can fix problem) and do a full power down the restart it should come right up andbe stable  ATT did something to the network that made it fail.
