Hello @Shebalba64205, we're happy to help with troubleshooting steps to resolve your call experience.

If your service just started acting weird, we recommend checking to see if there is an outage in your area. If there is, we normally do not have a time frame of resolution as it depends on the cause and or damage. Check on an outage and track it now by signing in to your AT&T account or entering your address. In addition, try the following steps for common solutions to call disruptions.

For personalized solutions visit our Call Troubleshooting tool and sign in then click on "Start" to run a real time diagnostic. Meet us back here with the Make and Model of your device if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

We actually spoke with a representative. There seems to be a tower out in our area.

There seems to be a tower out in our area.

That shouldn’t impact WiFi calling. If anything, it would force your phone to switch and stay on WiFi calling. If no one can hear you on WiFi calling calls, there may be some other issue.

Well, the rep on the phone said it was a tower, so they might be lying. Either way, if this is not fixed by today as promised, we shall have to look for a more stable phone carrier.

I agree, WiFi calling should still work. However, I have confirmed that my immediate neighbors are also having this issue, and that our phones work just fine as soon as we are far enough away from our house.

Yeah, a tower having a problem might force you to Wi-Fi, but would have no impact on Wi-Fi calling's functioning.

Well, for sure it's not the brand new phones less than 2 days old. So, again, I think this is the network itself, somehow. AT&T might want to pay attention to this.

As of this morning, as promised, the issue is resolved and we can be heard once more.

As of today, it's doing it again. It was working yesterday, but is not working again today.
