Att phone SIM just to update att tablet?
I am not an AT&T customer an was given an AT&T Pantech tablet from a family member but its well over due for an update. My husband however, does have an active AT&T phone, can i use his phone SIM card just to update my pantech tablet an put it back in his phone...?

It's unlikely it will work as the SIM cards are provisioned differently.
An ATT device service center might be able to help with updates.
