ATT Long Distance

We have a business fax number with ATT Long Distance which has a forwarding number with another carrier which ultimately sends an email. There is no fax machine and a physical line involved. We stopped receiving the faxes, although the fax line works when dialed.

I spent close to 7 hours being transferred from one department to another. The bottom line of all this is that no one is able to access the account we are billed for to check on the status of the line. They are not even able to locate it. Someone mentioned that is a legacy system. Regardless, somebody should be able to access it and make changes to it. Anyone can help? Thank you

This is the consumer side, there is an AT&T business community forum. This is also probably not covered by wireless which is where you posted, it's probably covered under landline.
