ATT keeps sending me the incorrect trade-in return box/label
On 1/29 I ordered a new phone to be delivered by ATT Direct or whatever that service is called and ultimately had to cancel due to the big winter storm. On 2/2 I did a different order for in store pick up. I for sure selected the option to print a return label vs them sending me a box, but I never received that label. I have since done a chat and they sent me a trade in box and label, but the info on that is for the cancelled 1/29 order. Knowing how ATT operates I don't trust sending it with this label would apply my credits correctly. Not sure why I can't just drop the thing at a store, or get a label to print now.
Should I ship it back in what they provided me, or attempt chat and have them send another box/label?

The return label connects the trade-in phone back to your phone number on your account.
Which would connect it to a qualified sale of a qualified phone.
But talk to AT&T. Just be aware you are coming up on 3 weeks and you have only 30 days to complete your trade in make sure you have a picture of the label, that you get a physical receipt for turning in your package at the post office and then keep records of your phone as it is tracked. It then becomes AT&T's responsibility if it is somehow not connected with your purchase
