Hi @svea123

This is not possible. You would have to be connected to the MF279's network to access the website mentioned.

Greetings @svea123!

Let's look into this for you. Are you trying to connect to your Wi-Fi from another building or another ZIP code?

Currently, the signal strength of HotSpots have a limited range and will be difficult to connect to away from the device's current location.

We hope this info helps.

Thank you.

Am trying to connect to my "ATT Wireless Internet" MF279 from about 1000 miles. I know I can be there and hard wire or be on the same network and use http://att.wirelessinternet. But can I somehow connect without being on the same network.

I need to get the IP address of a camera connecting to the MF279.......to upgrade the cameras firmware. Understand I can do this at the location but can I do it remote?

Thanks,
