ATT has my account locked and they are "Not Accepting Calls".

ATT Wireless is "not accepting calls". Great company. NOT! Weeks of this (Edited per community guidelines) to get my account unlocked from a fraud where someone purchased 2 iPhone 13 Pro that ATT did nothing to assit and stop the shipments of these phones. As hard as it is to believe, ATT is actually getting worse and worse. AVOID at all costs. I stopped the phones and got FedX to route them back to ATT, but ATT is billing me for them and has my account locked. Time to shoot them.

For wireless accounts, we recommend calling our Global Fraud Management team at 877.844.5584 to discuss reimbursement of any charges that may have occurred due to fraudulent activity.  

 

If you're a victim of identity theft, you may find out about an unknown AT&T account or unauthorized change to an existing account when

  • Your AT&T bill shows an unknown or unauthorized account or account changes
  • A collection agency contacts you about an unknown or unauthorized AT&T account
  • Your credit report shows an unknown or unauthorized AT&T account
