i need the phone that i bought from at and t and paid for unlocked .somebody reach me
not how it works
i meet requirement .why i still donot get email for the unblocking

Just to be clear, is this an AT&T PREPAID device? If so, then you'll need to meet the requirement of having active PREPAID service for at least 6 months, like @kdfederer mentioned.
*******Please note that AT&T is unable to submit an unlock request for you. This has to be done by the owner of the device. Please ensure all of the requirements are met before submitting your request.
If this is an AT&T postpaid device and was paid off through your monthly bill, then you'll need to wait to the start of the next bill period to submit a request. Also, your service would've had to been active for at least 60 days prior to your request.
If you're not seeing the confirmation email, please follow the instructions @dwill05 provided.

i was with at and t and bought device from at and t .it wasnot prepaid device .when i cancel my account at and t send me finall bill that was price of phone and i paid it .

Had it been 48 hours since the AT&T processed your payment of the final bill when your made your unlock request?
I had been customer of at and t for years but was using my own phone and it has been more than a month that I have paid for the bill

What do you mean "using my own phone"?
If it's not locked to AT&T, it's not in need of unlocking

is the phone you were using the same one you are trying to unlock?
also did you check you spam or junk folder?
