Welcome to Community Forums, we are sorry to hear you are having some issues with your services on your device I would be more than happy to assist you today.
When updating any SIM to a new network its great idea to check the APN (Access Point Network) Settings. This will update the devices settings to work better with Network providers. It would be advised to check with your new carrier for there APN’s.
You are also, welcome to view and request for your device to be unlocked on our unlock webpage. From here select Unlock your device. There is a simple request form following which allows you to place the request a specific device to be unlocked. Once the form is complete, you shall receive and email with a conformation a request was submitted. This will make sure all your device is able to be used with other networks.
