After a month a did receive an unlock request approved for my Surface Duo but no unlock code in the confirmation email

received below details to unlock my phone  , but there is no  unlock code ?  it's a Surface Duo  fully paid

Unfortunately this means you'll have to contact AT&T again. If you're still a customer just call them. If you are no longer a customer file a better Business bureau or FCC complaint. The complaint doesn't really do much other than get forwarded immediately right back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you. It saves you a little bit of wait time on hold.
