ActiveSync problem support code: 85010014
After installing Outlook on my laptop and Syncing with my blakcjack2, the sync window says to view status of the Windows PC. When I click the link, the following message pops up. 'ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop.support code: 85010014'
Please advise of the correction for this message.

Thanks foxbat, the last step was the fix. I reinstalled Activesync and the problem was solved. Could it have been that I installed Outlook after Activesync had been installed?
