Activating "nonstocked" data devices

I support a small nonprofit. We were donated two ruggedized devices which ARE certified on the AT&T network.  They are data devices that mount in vehicles and provide wi-fi service so that medics and others can access the internet simultaneously.

I am trying to figure out whether I can go to an AT&T store to set up a new business account, procure the 2FF SIMs I need, and sign up for a mobile share plan.  Or can I do it all online?

Hi @dt_svo,

Thank you for reaching out. We are more than happy to point you in the right direction.

We always strive to ensure that you can navigate our services through the self service options available online. However, some devices may not have that provision. We therefore recommend that you let us know what specific device you have, so we can direct you appropriately.

Also, if you are in doubt, a trip to any of the AT&T stores closest to you will definitely be a reasonable option.

We hope to hear from you soon.
