5G Service, Nokia XR20

I recently purchased a Nokia XR20, independent of AT&T.  The phone is great.  No issues.  It is 5G capable but I am not sure if it is connecting to the 5G service in my local area.  I turned on the 5G preference in the options.  (I checked the map and I there is 5G in my area.  ZIP Code 22314.)  I reviewed the APN and the only difference is the MMC.  It is currently set to 280 and everything I see indicates that it should be set to 410.  Is there anything else that I need to do?  A call to Customer Service for a specific change to my account?

Blame Nokia they are a little lacking on 5G bands. The phone has band n5 which is no faster than LTE at this point.

That blows!  Might need to switch carriers after 30 years.  Tired of being forced into into using Apple or Samsung products

It seems it is AT&T that is lacking in the available bands.  The phone supports a dozen 5G bands except the n260.  I’ve been with AT&T since the Cingular days, but looking for an excuse to switch to T-Mobile. This is likely that reason.

Those high bands are true 5G
