5 Emails received with unlock code of zero
I'm in a bind here. I have an Alcatel phone that I'm trying to unlock from the network. I've submitted 5 requests now through the automated system to obtain an unlock code. All five requests have been approved, followed by five emails all showing my unlock code as zero. When I go to the "check status" website, it also shows the unlock code as zero. I've been trying to go the DIY route to avoid bothering anyone, because having worked for Sprint I know how hectic things can get. But I'm at a loss here. I deeply would appreciate any help in getting this resolved.
