Welcome to the Community Forums! Using myAT&T is a great way to manage your account, I’m sorry to hear you are having issues logging in.  I would be happy to help you with this today.

 

Recently there where some issues with logging in on Internet Explorer, please try logging in using another browser.  You may also need to delete the history and cookies.  Please use the below links on how to do so.

I have tried multiple browsers---cannot pay my bill on att.com.

 

Pitiful for a tech company not to have a functional system!

The website was unresponsive and browser timed out multiple times.

 

Looks like there was an update going on.  

 

Why oh why would you not have some sort of notification that your site is down for updating?

 

When I was a pup, ATT was known for world class reliability--the best in the world.  No longer. Very sad.

Why when I try to log into myatt.net do I get a message to verify the number by sending a number to my phone.  The phone number listed is a bogous number.  It gives you a number to call which is to award you with a free Lifeline alert necklace.  This comes up on all browsers.  Please help.  I am afraid that someone has hacked into my account.

@nancyloose Not sure what you are clicking but myatt.net is the wrong address.
