Want my At&T Service Back...Help!

Here's the deal..I stopped my prepaid service with At&t to try this "free," service called Q-Link. It didn't work out, so I want to start back with At&t. I can't sign in because it saids I have no account anymore. I was told on the phone to get a new SIM card and I could sign back up. I inserted my new SIM and my phone did get back the At&t Network back at the top left of the screen. I go to fill out all the info and it just doesnt work.

Hello, we're happy to help with information for setting up your Prepaid account @a_123.

Thank you @formerlyknownas In addition, once you have inserted your new SIM you will then visit our AT&T Prepaid Activation Portal. After your account is activated you can then update and set up your account and plan:

AT&T PREPAID monthly plans have no annual contract and no credit check. Enjoy the freedom of unlimited talk and text starting at $30 a month and unlimited data on the $85 or $65 Monthly Plan. We also offer:

  • Other AT&T PREPAID monthly plans that include unlimited talk and text.
  • 24-hour AT&T PREPAID plans - you can add data to many of our prepaid plans after activation.

As mentioned above, you will need to process your initial plan payment in order to complete your account activation. If your line is being transferred, you can check our transfer eligibility online. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you again for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Prepaid service requires you select a plan and payment before it will work. Whether it’s you or the affordable connectivity plan, somebody has to pay.   nowhere in your post does it say you paid for service,
