Username and password

Cannot log into account.  It says my username and password are wrong.   When i put in alternate email ,  i never recieve it to reset password or user Id

Thanks for reaching out. When you click on forgot password to regain access to your account, the message is sent to the primary number or email on the account. You'll need to have access to one of those to receive the message.
