How can I disable access to viewing text and call logs when you log in online?
I’ve called support and gone into a store and nobody knows how to do this. There’s no way that I could be the only person who doesn’t want all their data readily available for others. This is a very concerning safety issue!

You can't. It's a required record.
The only way to keep someone on your account from seeing that record is to deny them access to the bill all together..
If you don't want to give them online access, don't make them authorized users . And print their bill for them every month.
Safety issue? If you put someone on your account that is not safe, that's your mistake. Why on Earth would you allow someone on your account that's not safe?
Who exactly do you think is looking at your records? 🤔
Is your concern AT&T employees? That's a little like being concerned that the IRS knows how much money you make...
