I have ever unlocked my locked iPhone 8 Plus with a technical tool called Joyoshare iPasscode Unlocker. Such a tool is recommended by my friend because iTunes and iCloud can not work well for me. Of course, if you do not want to use a third-party tool, you can try iTunes or iCloud. But it is said that using iCloud requires that Find My iPhone is enabled on the iPhone.
