Unable to view text message log

When I look at my account to view the text message logs all I get is mobile data. No numbers now. Is this an update within Att or a error on their end?

I have had this issue for over a week. When I called on Friday they said it would be fixed in a few hours. It wasn't. When I called on Monday they said I had already called and they were aware of it and working on it. I don't think it's okay that I pay a pretty hefty phone bill and they don't provide some of the service I am paying them for.

I have the same issue and I went on chat twice. Both times they said it would be fixed in 24 hours. That was Friday.
