Unable to login to myAT&T 'manage your account' via att.com
For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to login to my AT&T Wireless account via att.com. After 1-2 minutes, the att.com website returns an error:
A temporary system error prevents us from retrieving your account information right now. Please try again later.

Somehow, someone was able to login with my credentials yesterday and place a fraudulent order on my account... so I'm not sure why I still cannot login, most importantly to change my credentials.
I know the User / Password are correct, as I am able to login to the myATT app on my phone, but the login and navigation process is so, so, so, slow... that the session times out before I can make any changes via the phone app.
I spoke with your Web Services team and they had no suggestions, other than to try another browser... which I have done, across 3 different operating systems, and 2 different internet providers. I really don't think the issue is localized with my hardware.
Can someone please assist?
