Unable to login into my Account

I am unable to login into my online at&t account to recharge my account. I have been overseas for the last three months. It was working while I was leaving New York. I want to find out the current status of my account for the number: ***. Please do the needful. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I have been using this service for two years. I was recharging it every time, I fly back to my country before returning to the states. But it never happened like this anytime before. Additionally, my friend in New York visited a local AT&T store. He told me that my account could have been closed. Could you please kindly me resolve my issue. It will be an issue for me when I return to the US. I will not be able to contact anybody.

I have been unable to view my account or my bill online for months now and it continues. I can't continue to spend this amount of time each month just to view and pay my bill. The web page message from ATT says 'It's not you it's us...." My bill is different every time but because ATT quit mailing my paper bills, (which I have tried to reactivate umpteen times with no success), I can't even speak intelligently about errors on my bill so now it is a massive amount of incorrect account information accumulated over months and my bill says over $500. This is insane. Is there any way that I can speak directly to an account representative that includes someone who can correct billing errors on the spot so that I can get this resolved? This is for my cell, home phone, internet and directv accounts and it needs to be corrected asap so that I'm current. I get this message and am still charged late fees. Also, would like to check out new account options but the deals seem to be only for new customers.?. This is how an 18 year subscriber is appreciated? How can I speak with someone without holding for many minutes? HELP please
