I recently switched over to At&t and i have been trying to create an account online but it doesn’t work. i’ve been trying for almost two weeks

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to create an account online. Are you referring to your myAT&T account? If so, you can follow the steps at this link to Create your user ID. Please let us know what issues, if any, that you're experiencing while following those steps.
