I have changed my password and it doesn’t work so please help me

This is a customer populated forum. We cannot reset your password you're supposed to be able to do that online via text message.
If you're a prepaid user your account is automatically set up for you during the process of activating your phone and Sim. If you already went through the activation process your account already exists and you should be logging in using the pay go online website with your 10-digit phone number as your username.
You haven't provided us with enough information to assist you.
As you are prepaid, you would not have access if you were outside the United States, and not have access unless you are in one of the very few countries that has roaming capability. Are you out of USA? If you are outside the USA and tried to log in and could not and chose the forgot password option, you have now been locked out of your account.
When was the last time you refilled your account? If it has had a zero balance for more than 60 days your account would be closed and number lost.
