Trouble account number
I don’t know my account number for AT and T prepaid. Any one knows how to do that? Also, I can’t call with my phone because somethings not right. How could I cancel my prepaid plan please?

To cancel prepaid, just stop paying. To stop autopay, your only options if you can’t access your account are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.

By calling in to 1-800-331-0500 off any phone and ask for the Prepaid department. They will be able to get your account number. Another was would be to stop in a store if you have an open store near by. As far as canceling the account you can either call into that number above to have your autopay discontinued or by going to paygonline.com. If you do not have autopay on your account, you can simple just let the time run out.
