Here's how that line on your account can obtain their Transfer PIN, Morten.

Currently, only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) can request a Transfer PIN, so you'll need to perform a Transfer of Billing Responsibility (ToBR) for that line to the individual on your account. Details can be found under "How do I transfer billing responsibility online?" when you visit Transfer billing responsibility.

Once that's complete, the individual assuming responsibility for their line will be able to obtain their own Transfer PIN simply by following the steps under either From your AT&T mobile device or Online with myAT&T when you visit Get a PIN to transfer your wireless number.

Transfer PINs aren't necessary for AT&T PREPAID accounts. However, 6 months of active service on the AT&T network is required. With AT&T Wireless (Postpaid), they can request a transfer of their service as long as no installments remain on the device.

If there are installments then the full amount of the remaining device is required prior to transferring their line to another wireless service provider. Before leaving AT&T, a device unlock request must be made. The device must meet specific requirements as detailed at Get info about device unlock eligibility.

We hope this info helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
