Throttled Hot spot.

Why is my Hotspot Data being slowed? I am at 24 GB out of 30 GB on phone # 1, and my speed is throttled. Phone #2 and #3 have less than 5 GB of Hotspot Data, used on each phone for the month, and they are also both throttled back at a very slow speed.

Why do you believe you are being throttled? It could just be network congestion. In any event, this forum is not customer support. No one here can verify whether you are actually being throttled or if the slow down is for some other reason.

Because I have exceeded my limit before and switched to other phones with remaining Hotspot Data. I know what throttled acts like. It is like this no mater what time if day it is. The system is not congested all of the time, not where I live.
