Text/call log gone

Hi,

I am not able to see any text number or calls in the data/text/call log. It only has a white box with nothing in it

EXACT SAME ISSUE.  This is going on day 9.  No help whatsoever with love chat or support.   Getting really (Edited per community guidelines) off from being told I am not accessing call text logs properly.

Our team is aware of this trend and we're working towards a resolution, though currently, there is no estimated resolution time. However, you can still track your current usage by using our Star Services.

 

For quick updates on remaining data and texting balances in your current bill period, text *3282# (*DATA#) for English, or *3286# (*DATO#) for Spanish.
