“Something isn’t working right”

For the last two days every time I try to login, I get the error “something isn’t working right”. Doesn’t matter if it’s the website or the app. I login. It works. Sends me a code for verification. I put it in. Then get the error message and it takes me back to the login. Was on the phone with AT&T for two hours which was no help. Was transferred back and forth only to be told this was something being worked on try again tomorrow. Which seemed like a cop out to not help me tbh.. Well, it’s still not working. Please help. I have autopay, but I’d at the very least like to view my account.

Let's help you regain access to your online account, @wrbohannon!

 

If you haven't already, try resolving your experience by clearing your app's cache and data and/or your browser's history. It wouldn't hurt to use another browser entirely should your experience persist despite the first steps.

 

Also, it's likely the site is undergoing scheduled maintenance and will be available once updates complete. In the meantime, you can dial *BAL# (*225#, English) or *SAL# (*725#, Spanish) to receive a text message with your account balance, due date, and more.

Didn’t work. Deleted app and redownloaded. Also tried on website by clearing cashe. Same thing. I need a support ticket or something

Are you still experiencing issues with signing in? This includes both the app and the browser correct? This error message is typically associated with either maintenance, or an issue with the site itself. We encourage you to continue trying to sign in over the course of the day, periodically. Since it has been a day in between your most recent post, let us know if you are able to sign in currently.

I'm having the same issue with my account, starting yesterday.  It does it on my PC's web browser and the android app on my phone.

Here it is September 23, 2023, and I've been having the same problem for days.  I'm trying to set up a new internet account, and I go in circles like the above person.  I have ATT internet, but can't establish online presence.  I was on the phone for 2 hours with IT, but they couldn't solve it either.  All they say is wait a 3 - 5 days.

What now?
