Security Questions will not reset

I am trying to access my mail account (actually a sub-account) and my password isn't working. I can't get by the security questions to reset it. I don't know what's wrong but apparently something isn't matching up, so I'm locked out.

Hi @evansdashdave, thank you for reaching out to us! We'd love to help you unlock your email account!

You can reset your password using either security questions or a temporary password. To reset using a temporary password:

  1. Go to myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts.
  5. In this case, select temporary password and we’ll let you know where we send it.
  6. Create your new password.

You can also view this great article to get tips on how to unlock an email account.

Let us know if this helped you sign in, or if you need further assistance.

I do not see an option to use a temporary password, when I select forgot password it takes me right to security questions.

MAIL and SIGN IN are the two icons next to the bell, I don't see a chat option.

Yes, I own the account and the (mail) sub account.
