Search bill by date or number in app

Just this past Sunday (December 30, 2018), I needed to find out when I had called a certain number, and I was able to look at any previous months bill and search by phone number or date to locate specific calls or texts. I was never able to do this for the current month (that I hadn’t been billed for), but always had the option (at least within the app, which is all I use) to search by date or phone number. I tried to do this a couple of times yesterday and today but the search option isn’t there. Has this feature been removed, or is there a technical issue that will be resolved?
