I had switched from charter spectrum to at&t fiber internet on June 2nd this year and when the at&t guy came by I also switched my phone plan from T-Mobile to at&t and was told I would receive a $250 rewards card for the mobile plan and a $100 rewards card for the internet plan. About 5-6 weeks later I got a virtual $250 rewards card, I used around $100 of it to pay a bill in July and recently when I went to pay another bill with the remainder, the link to the account just opens to a blank page with an acde.groupo.com address and I can't get access to the card.
I still have not even received the $100 rewards card for the internet change. I contacted support but they said they did not know how to help and gave me the number for the rewards support department, however I've called twice now and both times I was put on hold for 1-2 hours and then it just hangs up before it puts me through to anyone. Also how is my mobile bill almost $80 when the base unlimited bill is $55 without any other services or insurance or anything added on? This is insane, they promised me these cards if I switched my service to them and now they're trying to scam me out of them. I would have never switched to at&t if I knew their service was this bad.
