Resetting prepaid account password when the phone is broken?
My existing wireless phone is broken; it cannot receive calls or texts because it is damaged. I have a compatible phone that I want to switch to, but the SIM card does not fit. I'm trying to log in to my at&t prepaid account to perform the switch as directed in the instructions, but my password isn't working. I can't request a temporary password because, as stated above, my phone is inoperable. What can I do?
