Prepaid plan

About four months ago I didn’t pay my prepaid monthly bill and my number was changed when I paid it again a few months later. Now I have the $75 monthly plan and I can’t access my account to set up the hotspot. 
  
I’ve tried to choose forgot user id AND password but when I enter my new/old numbers it says the account doesn’t exist. What do I do?

User ID? 

Prepaid login with 10 digit phone number. It sounds like you are trying to use my ATT instead of pay go online.Com.

There is also nothing on the account page to setup hotspot. It should just work. If your phone doesn’t let you turn hotspot on, your plan may not be properly provisioned. You need to call.

We are following back up to confirm the ACEs solutions are the one's you're looking for.

You can access your prepaid account by visiting paygonline.com using your 10-digit wireless number and password. The first time you sign-in, simply use the default password - the last four digits of your new number, then change it.

You do not need to access your prepaid account to enable your personal hotspot. Check out AT&T Device Support for help enabling it. Select the make, and model, then scroll down to Connectivity and you'll see Mobile hotspot.
