I'm a new customer so can't log into the account they canceled my order almost immediately after I paid for it said couldnt verify identity but they had social, birthday , driver's lisense info name , back account info ?? Seems odd they should of never took the money if they were going to immediately cancel

Why would I wanna replace my order if y'all canceled it immediately for invalid reason I want my money back simple there's no need to use your service if this is how you treat new customers I've called for three days now and keep getting different responses I would like my money back
