Online account says my account is locked
I have just got att services 4 days ago never set up an online account and I got an application for a discount and when I go to the link it says my account is locked

Hello @Kingdub,
We can definitely help you Sign-in to your myAT&T account online. You will usually receive this account locked error message when your User ID is locked after six unsuccessful login attempts are made within a 24-hour period. You can unlock your User ID by performing a Password Reset, or reattempting to login after one hour. Let us know if this helps.

thanx for the input all and help, but i cant get into my email either i just found out. sortry for asking dumb questions, I've just had xfinity For so long and learning a new system and how to do all this stuff is Really making my blonde hair kick in LOL

My account is locked and it doesn't reset after an hour or even a day. It just says contact customer support, yet there is no customer support contact information - just an endless loop on your "help" site.
