Old cell phone records, 7 years old

I no longer have an att phone but did in 2013 and would like those records. Is it possible to get them? I tried calling but was told I'd need a court order to get them from that long ago? Is that correct?

If you were a postpaid customers you can request a copy of your bills and have them mailed to you. The cost is $5 per bill.    You will have to prove that you were the account owner.

If you were a prepaid customer there are no records.
