I was trying to complete a Transfer of bill responsibility to myself from my ex-wife. She called set up the transfer, the same day I received the email 03/27/2020. I went into the link provided on 03/27/2020 started completing the transfer for some reason the it seems to only partially gone through. I got an email requesting that I confirm my email address which I did. It only provided me with the last 4 numbers of the account and I cannot log in or find that account and my number is not associated with it. I called the service desk they were only able to provide me with the full account number. He then transferred me to "tobar" and I was disconnected immediately, with the female automated saying for reasons they cannot control they cannot complete my call. Then a "male" voice said ODC DELTA.
