With that being said, let's try some troubleshooting tips to see if it helps improve your signal. Start by making sure your device is not on airplane mode. Most devices have the option to place your device in airplane mode. Airplane mode while designed to power down while in the air, can help sync your phone or device to the nearest tower. 

We also want to try troubleshooting your SIM card. Removing the SIM card and placing it back into the phone.

1. Turn off the device
2. Remove the SIM card (Use the SIM Removal Tool that came with the phone)
3. Clean it with a soft cloth
4. Place the SIM back into the phone.
5. Power it on and test.
