New wireless account

No, they are not by default. I don't remember exactly how to do it but there is a way to link the two accounts so that you do see all your services when you login.

I went through this a while back. If you login to your account for your UVerse service, you ca then link your wireless account to that login ID. Once you do that, you can choose which service you want when you login, so you can go into your UVerse or your cellular from the same account. I do this now.
