MyAT&T app does not show overview or allow bill to be paid
Just like a few others, I also am having an issue with the myAT&T app. It used to show a loading screen and tell me to wait forever but now it just shows a blank screen. I can go to support and it’ll load support but it won’t load the actual account services part. I can’t see my bill or when it’s due and I do not receive a mailed statement. How can I view my account through the app again?
PS- I have deleted the app and reinstalled and it still does not work. This has been going on for months.

What type of device do you have and which OS or iOS is it running? Please let us know.

Are you a prepaid customer? Prepaid does not use the app.
