All this could be avoided by a simple email to an alternate account or mail the pw to me. By the way, i was locked out without cause. This is the third time this year.
I tried that procedure four times and it keeps sending me back to your tech support. Since, you won't or can't give me a new pw over the phone, THEN SEND ME ONE THROUGH THE MAIL. THE IRS WILL EVEN DO THAT!
