Mobile account login

need help logging into my account. Wants to send code to confirm my identity and never does.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why the verification code is not being sent to you.

 

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • What kind of device are you using to try and sign in to myAT&T?
  • Are you using the myAT&T app, or are you trying to sign in online with our website?
  • What is the make and model of your cell phone that the verification code was supposed to be sent to via text message?
  • Also, do you have AT&T Call Protect (or a similar app) that blocks unwanted/unidentified numbers installed on your cell phone?
