Missing return
I returned my iPhone a month ago and they still say they haven’t received my phone. I am being charged 350 dollars for something they have messed up. How can I dispute this? I had terrible customer service by associate

After 2 hours on the phone, being hung up on with no call back, and being transferred 9 times. I gave up trying.

By showing the tracking receipt from the post office that shows you returned it.

I hear what you are saying, but them sending you a label doesn't show you actually mailed it.
The receipt shows you actually dropped something off.
What about the tracking number from the label? Do you have a copy of that?

I'm a bit OCD when I'm mailing back a $100+ item, I even take photos of the label and of how I packed it so when they complain it arrived damaged I can at least show I packed it reasonably. Then I take a photo of the receipt so when I lose that I have it with the photos.
